 The land of agriculture and camel breeding, Al Awir is developing rapidly. Located in the outskirts of Dubai close to the emirate of Sharjah, the community is known for being one of the most affordable places to live in Dubai. 

Despite most of its area undergoing construction, many ex-pats still choose to live in Al Awir because apartment rentals are quite low ? especially studios.
